Charles Parnall joined Feferman & Warren in 2007. Mr. Parnall earned his undergraduate degree in economics and business management from the University of California Santa Cruz. Following a brief career as a travel agent, and taking some traveling time for himself, he returned to New Mexico to attend law school. He graduated on the Honor Roll from UNM School of Law in 2007. Upon graduation he was awarded the Frederick M. Hart Prize for Excellence in Commercial Law.,

Mr. Parnall is a world traveler having lived in Tunisia, Laos, and Indonesia during his youth. Mr. Parnall is also a passionate cook and electronic music composer.
